Policy Statement on Ethical Conduct and Intellectual Integrity

I Elijah Hernandez maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of subjugation, social indoctrination, and intellectual dishonesty within any academic or professional environment. We explicitly prohibit the employment of psychological manipulation, Machiavellian tactics, and intellectual gaslighting, as well as the use of "unhinged composition," "flying monkeys," or "plausible deniability" to obscure accountability. All interactions—whether involving teachers, professors, associates, peers, or students—must be free from power plays and scapegoating. Furthermore, we strictly oppose any form of fraternity or sorority stalking, particularly that which targets individuals based on their faith in Jesus Christ. This policy applies to all individuals who have known or interacted with the claimant; any violation of these standards is recognized as a profound lack of maturity and respect, regardless of the violator’s age or educational standing. Such actions are classified as oppressive behavior, and any attempt to dismiss these concerns is regarded as a denial of fundamental human rights.

As a Christlike Believer and Historical Society Member maintains a zero-tolerance policy against the use of subjugation, social indoctrination (including socialism), intellectual dishonesty, and psychological manipulation in all interactions, particularly those involving Teachers, Professors, Peers, Associates, and Students. We strictly prohibit the employment of Machiavellian tactics, unhinged composition, plausible deniability, and intellectual gaslighting. Furthermore, the use of third-party harassment—commonly referred to as "flying monkeys"—and coercive power plays are considered fundamental violations of our ethical standards. These behaviors represent "the flesh" and have no place in a healthy learning environment. Consequently, we only partner with individuals who demonstrate they are walking in the Spirit and possess a proven history of knowing the Word of God. This spiritual foundation is required to ensure that all leaders possess the discernment and integrity necessary to prevent the aforementioned issues and uphold a standard of truth and mutual respect.

Such behaviors undermine the integrity of education and create a hostile environment. I also oppose fraternity and sorority stalking aimed at individuals of faith in Jesus Christ. This policy applies to anyone who has known or interacted with me; violating it reflects a lack of maturity and respect, regardless of age or education, and can be viewed as oppressive behavior. Dismissing these concerns is a denial of fundamental human rights.

Policy Statement

As a music major and classical/contemporary guitar performer, and recording engineer I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment free from discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, or any other factor. I oppose bullying, stalking, and discrimination by fraternity and sorority members both on and off campus. I also stand against unfair treatment based on age, race, politics, or genetics in classical/contemporary guitar education. It is my aim to foster a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and growth while respecting the privacy of all individuals.
